Our Founder

Dr. Joelle Osias, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Joelle Osias is the heart, vision, and clinical leader behind Foreviva Medical Clinique. As a board-certified gynecologist with advanced expertise in women’s health, regenerative medicine, and integrative care, she is on a mission to redefine the standard of care for women living with endometriosis and other complex chronic conditions.

After witnessing firsthand the gaps, delays, and dismissals that many women experience throughout their healthcare journey, Dr. Osias set out to create something different—a model of care where patients are truly heard, where root causes are explored, and where healing extends beyond symptom management. Her vision is to ensure that no woman feels abandoned after diagnosis or surgery, but instead has a comprehensive roadmap that supports her through every stage of recovery and long-term wellness.

Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operations Officer of Foreviva and the strategic partner to Dr. Osias, Gabriella is the driving force behind Foreviva’s operations, patient experience, and endometriosis care initiatives. She serves as the architect of the patient journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Foreviva’s commitment to compassionate, comprehensive, and life-changing care.

Passionate about transforming the way women experience healthcare, Gabriella leads the vision and implementation of Foreviva’s Endometriosis Care Program. Her focus is creating Dr. Osias roadmap for women navigating endometriosis, bridging the gap between diagnosis, surgery, recovery, and long-term wellness. She is dedicated to ensuring patients feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered throughout every stage of their healing journey.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning aesthetics, wellness, retail, and patient care, Gabriella brings a unique blend of operational excellence, strategic vision, and human-centered service. She works closely with clinical teams to elevate standards of care, optimize patient outcomes, and cultivate an environment where clinical excellence and genuine compassion coexist.

Gabriella believes that exceptional healthcare extends far beyond the exam room.
