Our Story
Foreviva Medical Clinique began with one physician’s lifelong belief that women deserve healthcare that listens more deeply, looks beyond individual symptoms, and supports the whole person.
Dr. Joelle Osias immigrated from Haiti to Miami with her parents and brother when she was seven years old. A gifted student, she entered the tenth grade at just twelve and graduated from high school at sixteen, beginning an extraordinary academic journey that would take her from Tufts University to Stanford University’s School of Medicine and Graduate School of Business, followed by advanced training at Stanford and Johns Hopkins.Â
Although she always felt called to women’s health, Dr. Osias discovered the deeper purpose behind that calling during her fellowship with world-renowned endometriosis surgeon Dr. Camran Nezhat. In the operating room, she witnessed how expert surgery could transform a woman’s life—but she also recognized that surgery alone could not address every dimension of a complex, whole-body disease.
Her vision became a model of care that would combine surgical excellence with compassionate long-term support, helping women prepare for surgery, manage inflammation and hormonal health, and reclaim their quality of life.
Established in 2013, Foreviva was created as a new kind of women’s healthcare destination-one that brought gynecology, wellness, longevity, restorative medicine, and aesthetics together under one roof. Rather than asking women to choose between conventional medical care and a wellness-centered experience, Dr. Osias built a practice where clinical expertise, innovation, beauty, confidence, and whole-person health could coexist.Â
Today, Foreviva is evolving into a long-term wellness and recovery center for women living with endometriosis, PCOS, hormonal disorders, chronic pelvic pain, and other complex conditions. Its approach bridges the often-overlooked space between diagnosis, surgery, and lasting recovery by combining comprehensive evaluation, advanced testing, medical treatment, hormone support, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and carefully considered regenerative and alternative therapies.
Foreviva exists for the woman who has been told her pain is normal, that her symptoms are unrelated, or that there is nothing more anyone can do. Here, her complete story matters. She is believed, her care is personalized, and she is supported beyond a single appointment or procedure.Â
